Warranty repairs include labor costs and spare parts for the warranty item. Parts that are considered to have a limited life (mechanical print heads, batteries and accumulators, electrodes, probes, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. After unpacking your item, carefully inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If you find product defects or transport damage, contact the seller immediately. Save all packing materials until you are sure the product is working properly. If you find defects, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Warranty repairs are carried out in Mikronika, MB workshop. The buyer delivers the goods for repair at his own expense. A specialist can be called to carry out repairs at the buyer's place after prior agreement on a separate payment. Warranty repairs are performed only upon submission of a completed Mikronika, MB warranty letter with the specified date of sale.
