SHIPPING AND RETURN TERMS

Delivery prices and terms are valid only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Shipping to other countries is charged according to the individual rate applicable to that country. More detailed information is available by phone and e-mail. by post

The delivery time of goods with metrological inspection may be longer.

Ordered goods are delivered with the help of couriers, to post offices and post offices throughout the territory of Lithuania, or with the help of Mikronika employees only in Vilnius.

After choosing "Mikronika" delivery, the order is executed only in the city of Vilnius on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. By choosing this delivery method, you guarantee that you will pick up the product within the city limits of Vilnius. The exact time and place of delivery can be agreed by phone, SMS or e-mail. If you want to pick up in another place (not in Vilnius), you must pay for courier services or a postal machine. If you refuse to pay the shipping costs outside the city of Vilnius, the money for the product will not be returned, but the product will be reserved for 14 calendar days from the date of placing the order. During this period, you will be able to pick up the product by pre-arranging a place and time, or pay the shipping costs.

ATTENTION. The address is Savanorių pr. 74, Vilnius, there is no pick-up point. Temporarily, goods are delivered only to post machines, with the help of couriers and our team.

Only the person who placed the order, or the person specified in the order form, can accept/pick up the goods.

When accepting/retrieving goods, it is necessary to have a document confirming personal identity (identity card, passport, driver's license). The courier will ask you to provide the document.

During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the package. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product, you have the right not to sign the bill of lading and return the product. After you sign the consignment note, we do not take responsibility for the condition of the goods, i.e. external damage (if it is not a factory defect) and assembly defects.

An additional fee of €30 applies for delivery to the Curonian Spit (Neringa municipality).

IMPORTANT: Come to pick up the product only after receiving a notification that the product is ready, or after agreeing on the pick-up time and place.

Return of quality goods

The return of quality goods is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of retail trade rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves, the provisions of Article 6.228, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - CC) ("The consumer has the right, without stating a reason and without incurring costs other than those specified in Article 6.22811 of this Code, within fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded off-premises, with the exception of the exceptions provided for in Part 2 of this Article. In the event that the User enters into a sales contract (hereinafter Contract) using only means of communication (remote contract) and therefore cannot use the right established by law to inspect the goods and assess their suitability before concluding the contract, he has the right to refuse the purchase and sale contract by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) days of the goods delivery days. If the Buyer has purchased several goods under one Agreement, he has the right to completely refuse all the goods purchased under one Agreement or only some of the goods purchased under one Agreement. The specified deadline of 14 (fourteen) days for submitting a written request starts from the day of handover of the goods(s) to the Buyer or his authorized representative and is not extended or in any way associated with the handover or return of the goods to the Seller or another person for reasons beyond the Seller's control.

Purchased quality goods can be returned within 14 days. if:

· the returned item is in its original, neat packaging;

· the product is unused and undamaged;

· the product has not lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not torn, bags, etc.);

· the returned item is complete with all the documentation attached by the manufacturer;

· when returning the product, the purchase document, warranty card (if it was issued) is presented.

Quality goods cannot be returned if they are:

· goods that were manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously adapted to him, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer due to the loss (loss) of their commercial properties, are perishable or expire;

· the goods were ordered from the manufacturer for a specific buyer.

· in other cases, when the contract of purchase and sale cannot be refused according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

When returning quality goods, the buyer is responsible for:

· packaging of goods.

· return of goods by registered mail, to the address specified by us.
